refund policy

We thank you and appreciate associating with DOT and using our services. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our esteemed customer, concerning any services offered by DOT to you.

  • Once service is taken, refunds are not accepted.

  • The payment has to be made either by cash or by using PayU Mobile wallet. In case the payment is made via PayU Mobile wallet, the fare will automatically get deducted from PayU Mobile wallet available in your account.

  • In case, your PayU Mobile wallet balance is less than the fare to be paid, the balance amount shall be paid in cash after ride completion. No other form of payment is applicable under any circumstances.

  • Payment made in cash is non-refundable i.e. cannot be credited back to your account or returned in cash.

  • Passengers are required to pay for all the services taken from DOT. After completion of your ride, a message cum invoice copy will be sent to the registered email id provided by the passenger at the time of online account registration.
